The bank next, one year after its launch, discovered that 77% of those who somehow engaged with the brand online didn't understand its purpose.
So our goal was to overcome two barriers: understanding and consideration. In order to achieve that, we created the "next gets what matters to you" campaign.
We started with a brand manifesto, to create awareness and show everyone what a 100% digital bank can do for them, and we kept the conversation with a data driven campaign strategy with 5 short videos and display media matching target behaviour and needs to the bank's most iconic and strong features.
